Ingredients
1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour onto a heated pan. Cook both sides until fluffy and golden. Serve with honey.
